The Seven Deadly Sins / The Human Voice

Experience two extraordinary one-act operas in one unforgettable evening. The Seven Deadly Sins and The Human Voice are brought together in a powerful double bill exploring ambition, heartbreak and the limits of the human spirit. Featuring two iconic 20th-century works by Kurt Weill and Francis Poulenc, this strictly limited London run offers audiences the chance to experience two of opera's most emotionally compelling stories in just one performance. Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht's The Seven Deadly Sins follows Anna, whose family sends her on a seven-year journey across America to earn enough money to build a house. Split into two versions of herself, Anna must navigate temptation, ambition and morality in this darkly satirical work, set to a score inspired by Weimar cabaret and American jazz.
