Mighty No 9 (Xbox One)

Mighty No. 9 is a 2D side-scrolling action game for Microsoft Xbox One, inspired by classic 8-bit and 16-bit platform games and updated with modern gameplay mechanics. Play as Beck, the ninth Mighty Number and the only robot unaffected by a mysterious computer virus. Run, jump and blast your way through 12 challenging stages as mechanised creatures around the world go berserk. Defeat Beck’s fellow Mighty Numbers, take their weapons and abilities, and use new transformations to overcome obstacles and face the threat behind the outbreak. Classic 2D action: Battle through 12 stages against eight Mighty Numbers. Unlockable abilities: Acquire weapons, transformations and unique skills from defeated enemies. Multiple modes: Test your skills in boss rush battles, mini missions and additional New Game+ difficulty modes. Two-player play: Take on selected missions with a friend as Beck and Call, or compete in Race Battle challenges. Leaderboards: Chain abilities and combos to improve your runs and aim for high scores and S-Ranks. Ray expansion: The retail game includes the bonus Ray DLC with a playable character, boss and gameplay stage. This PAL Xbox One release is rated 12+ and supports 1–2 players.
