Apply your mascara from the roots of your eyelashes to the tips to fully coat them. Apply a second coat of mascara for a more dramatic makeup look. How to use To intensify the volume of the lashes and add definition, wiggle the brush wand, concentrating on lashes from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. For fresher, wide awake eyes, apply mascara only to the outer lashes on the upper lash line and leave bottom lash line clean.
