Frame Constructed with 1.6mm HOT galvanised top frame, the HOT galvanisation process ensures that the trampoline frame sections are galvanised inside and out. (unlike most other more cheap galvanised frames that are only galvanised on the exterior of the frame)This will ensure the trampoline remains robust for many years and is suitably strong for even the heaviest of users. An extra strong set of T Tube / box joints constructed with 2mm thick coated steel at the top of each leg provides huge strength at what is traditionally the weak point of a trampoline.Springs54 Galvanised and Zinc plated 140mm High Tension springs. This is the optimum number of springs required to give the maximum bounce for the lighter and heavier user.Bounce MatThe Air Dog trampoline jump mat is made from a super heavy-duty, weather-proof, anti-slip polypropylene fabric that is specially woven for strength and durability. The jump mat gives an excellent cushioned bounce due to being air-permeable, this quality also means that it is self-draining. The V rings used to attach the jump mat to the springs are secured with eight rows of stitching for Super Bounce durability. Safety Padding Coming in a lovely vivid green colour, that is colour matched to the enclosure net poles and UV resistance to protect from the sun’s harmful rays. The padding uses a special shock absorbing closed cell polyethylene to provide protection from the trampoline frame and springs. There is an extra thick layer of padding around the edge to provide added protection from the hard steel frame of the trampoline.Safety
