The York Fitness 1" Spinlock EZ Curl Bar is perfect for adding variation to your upper body workout. This bar is traditionally used for bicep curl or tricep extension exercises. The "W" shape helps to ease the strain placed on the wrists and elbows when lifting.. The bar is 1.2m long and comes complete with two quality metal spinlock collars, which make loading and unloading weight plates quick and easy. The quality knurling also provide better grip whilst lifting. The bar is suitable for use with standard 1” weight plates (not included) and has a maximum load capacity of 125kg.
