On the 7.5S the seat can be removed completely to provide direct wheelchair access. The whole seat frame moves along a floor based monorail. This not only allows the therapist ultimate seat positioning its also allows the seat to slide off the end of the rail and be removed completely. Now its quite simple to push a wheelchair into place so that the wheel bound patient can get the exact physical therapy workout as a patient using the machines seat.
