Hand grip pulse sensors are integrated in the handlebars and there is a wireless chip in the console for telemetric heart rate monitoring with an optional chest strap. The LED Professional console offers a massive 40 pre set programmes and 20 levels of resistance. The 52cm (20.5”) stride length is the optimal stride for most size users.
